Food=everything. I think about food. Talk about food. Dream about food. Eat food. I relate food to life.  Food is life.  You could say I’m a foodie, but I’m not much for labels.

And I use a red spatula pretty much every time I cook.  Pretty much.

I graduated with a Master of Liberal Arts degree in Gastronomy from Boston University, and this blog documents my journey through life via food.
